InterFaceCures Emergency: Lifesaving Technology!

Updated: Mar 12, 2025

"Life's rough out there"

Emergencies can happen at any moment. The difference between safety and tragedy often comes down to communication. At MajorLeagueFamily, we’ve seen the heartbreaking effects of miscommunication during emergency calls, especially among children, grandparents, and families dealing with co-parenting challenges.

That’s why we created InterFaceCures—a program designed to help families prevent "cliff-edge" moments in emergencies. These are the moments when a single misunderstanding could lead to irreversible consequences.

Is it an InterFaceCures Emergency?

InterFaceCures is a series of workshops and webinars that teach families how to handle emergency calls with clarity, confidence, and compassion. It’s designed especially for families that have faced loss, including those co-parenting in complex situations. We use AI-powered tools to simulate real-life scenarios, giving families the chance to role-play and prepare for emergencies.

Why Now?

We live in uncertain times. Recent reports show an increase in emergency calls involving children and seniors. At the same time, miscommunications during these calls have been on the rise. One wrong word, one missed detail, can lead to tragedy.

Our program is about more than just preventing loss. It’s about building trust between families and first responders and ensuring that no one is left behind in a time of crisis.

A Story of Heartbreak and Hope

Consider the tragic case of Sonja Massey, whose life was changed forever by a single emergency call. A moment of miscommunication during that call led to an irreversible loss. InterFaceCures is dedicated to making sure no family has to experience such heartache again.
