At the recent 27th Annual Family Café in Orlando, we shared our story of how creative expression became our lifeline during challenging times. The overwhelming response showed us something important: we're not alone in using creativity to heal.


Whether you're navigating grief, chronic illness, trauma, burnout, or any of life's unexpected challenges, creative tools can offer a unique pathway forward. From our booth in the Authors section, we witnessed something beautiful: families discovering that their stories—their struggles, their breakthroughs, their daily acts of courage—have immense power when shared through creative expression. The laughter that emerged wasn't about minimizing pain; it was about reclaiming joy alongside it.
