SPN-DSV: Signal-First Leadership Orientation

This orientation program provides a technical and philosophical framework for Licensed Servy Drivers and Signal Refs operating within the Safer Private Network. It moves away from traditional hierarchical leadership toward a system of signal protection and infrastructure building. Participants learn to identify signal-first benefactors, including inherent account holders whose communication is often lost in institutional noise. The course details the five core responsibilities: detecting, protecting, routing, banking, and building, ensuring that attention wealth is preserved and managed through a continuous care cycle.
